A New Coastal Cuisine

Our Pescadero farm is among the few coastal farms sited west of Highway 1: go any further west and you're in the water (we can literally hear the Elephant Seals when feeding or watering our chickens). The distinctive ingredients that emerge from this thin fertile strip between Big Basin National Forest and the Pacific Ocean are Café Vivant's largest inspiration.
